Ocean Grove Resort is a full-service RV resort located directly on the Intracoastal Waterway in St. Augustine Beach, Florida on beautiful Anastasia Island.  The resort is just 6 miles south of Historic Downtown St. Augustine and the Atlantic Ocean is just a block away. We invite you to experience our scenic, waterfront resort which captures the “Old Florida” setting and provides a wide variety of amenities and activities to suit each and every guest.

For your stay, our Park has a full list of features including two pools, a pavilion, a private boat ramp, fishing pier, a camper’s store, kayak and bike rentals, kid’s playground, cable TV, wifi available in our recreation room, on-site laundry and bath facilities. To keep you fully entertained, there are several  ideal family destinations and tourist attractions close by, including Historic Downtown St. Augustine, 15 miles of beautiful beaches, our waterways, and several private and public golf courses. Ocean Grove offers a variety of activities to keep you busy all season including special Snow Bird and Summer Activities.

Each RV site at Ocean Grove is unique as we have kept the beautiful “natural setting” of the 18.5 acre waterfront property. Our sites offer a variety of choices including shaded, pull-through, waterfront, grassy, paved and patio sites. Be sure to let us know your preference. The resort was purchased in December of 2006 and is now under new ownership.  At that time, we began a huge remodeling and renovation project.  Improvements will include a new club house facility, upgraded utility and electrical services, redesigning and enlarging the sites, remodeling of the bath houses and laundry facilities, an on-site RV storage area, new paved roads, a complete landscaping package and an on-site restaurant and postal facility. 
 
In February of 2007 we began selling the individual sites in the form of a 99 year land leases.  You can now guarantee a site for your use and best of all, while you are away, we can manage your property on our rental program.  Please check out the SALES link for more information on how you can own your own place in the sun.
