Reservations suggested and a deposit is required. 48 hour cancellation notice – fee imposed- $100 Deposit will be required on all monthly and weekly park home rentals. Deposit is non-refundable on cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival. Early check-outs will only be pro-rated on the nightly rate. $50 cleaning fee applies and is in addition to all rental rates. All Rates are based on up to 2 people. Additional guests are $25/month or $10/week Monthly rentals pay electricity as per individual meters.
