Steve has been both a local licensed Real Estate Broker and Community Association Manager since 1989.  His experience in the many facets of property management and sales began when he developed the very successful Sea Winds Condominium Community.  His knowledge of the commercial markets and community management has been crucial to the ongoing success of Ocean Grove RV Resort.

Frank O’Rourke, Owner
Frank has been a local, licensed Real Estate Professional since 1985.  His involvement in local commercial ventures, and knowledge of local real estate have been instrimuntial in the planning and implementation of the upgrades and changes at Ocean Grove RV Resort.

New owners and resort managers since 2006, Steve Cupolo and Frank O’Rourke envisioned a quality RV lifestyle where RV site and Park home ownership opportunities could be an option for present and future guests of the resort.  A scenic waterfront setting and a prime coastal location a few miles from the Nation’s Oldest City set the stage for the development and enhancement for one of Northeast Florida’s best kept secrets.
